Landlording in Ontario

Join us for a 3 day intensive, condensed Landlording in Ontario course.  Trish approached Chris Seepe, our instructor, as she was impressed with his knowledge on the subject.  Her visualization of the course is of a brain dump à la the scene in The Matrix “I know Kung Fu.”
If you are a landlord or are thinking about being one or have clients who are/want to be – this course will be invaluable to you.  You will learn how to truly assess a property.  The course is phenomenal value however the pace of it is does require general knowledge of the subject matter and a comfortableness with spreadsheets.
